It seems to be a problem with the German charts. After reinstalling this one it crashes again. Hope it stays like this. keep you advised. Thank you! cheers, Thomas

Group: Forum Members Posts: 8.1K, Visits: 9.4K	Assuming you've already tried rebooting your iPads (which can help) please can you send us the crash report(s)? Then we can see what is going wrong for you, and help. The link below will help with obtaining the crash reports. Also, please try uninstalling all charts except one, then install one by one again just to see if it's a particular chart that is causing a problem. http://help.getpocket.com/customer/portal/articles/500338-how-to-find-the-iphone-ipad-app-crash-logs

Group: Forum Members Posts: 2, Visits: 22	Hello, unfortunately I'm dealing with the same problem since yesterday. I think I haven't used SD since the last update. For info I'm using SkyDemon for iPad version 3.0.4 on my 4th generation 3G+WIFI iPad with iOS 7.0.4 In the past I never ever had one crash at all. But now I can't even use the APP as it is crashing instantly when opened or after few seconds of use. Please try to solve this problem asap, I'm missing it so hard even now! Thank you! Cheers, Thomas

Group: Forum Members Posts: 26, Visits: 351	Hello! I have been using Skydemon for more than a year now and never had a problem. Unfortunately the latest update broke it on my iPad Mini. I already tried to restart the iPad and also reinstalling Skydemon and disabling all charts except Austria does not help. It alway crashes when zooming out on reaching the same zoom level (can not see which one) because SD quits without any message. Could you please have a look at this? Thanks, Bernhard.
